David Byrne – frontman and creative driving force behind Talking Heads and one of popular music’s most visionary figures – is a live performer of rare caliber. The performance at Rosendal Garden Party will be his only Swedish date on the upcoming European tour, and a long-awaited opportunity for Swedish audiences to experience David Byrne live. The last time David Byrne performed in Sweden was in 2013.

With her emotionally precise lyrics and rapidly growing global audience, Sienna Spiro is predicted to become one of this year’s most successful new artists at lightning speed. Rosendal Garden Party will be the Swedish audience’s first and only chance to experience her live this year.

At last, the pioneers are set to take the stage at a Stockholm festival. With classic albums such as Souvlaki and Just for a Day, the band has had a massive influence on the evolution of alternative music. Emerging in the early 1990s, Slowdive became synonymous with the shoegaze movement, crafting a sound defined by swirling guitars, hazy textures, hushed vocals, and deeply immersive atmospheres. The performance at Rosendal will be a long-awaited return and their only show in Sweden this year.

Songs like Crosses, Down the Line, and Stay Alive have become modern classics, defined by fingerpicked guitar, subtle arrangements, and existential lyrics.
